We sell our natural meats by the pound, sample boxes, quarters, and halves.
All meat and poultry is Wisconsin State inspected and sold deep frozen, ready for your freezer.
100% Grass-fed & Finished Angus Beef
Ruegsegger Farms Beef is raised on pasture it's entire life. That is how and
why we do not need antibiotics or other chemicals to keep our cattle healthy - because when on pasture the animals
are always in fresh air and sunshine. Our Beef Herd is able to freely roam 130 acres of rolling hills, meadows,
woods and open fields.
Pastured Pork
Raised free range, they get plenty of sun and are fed dry corn, oats, and
fresh greens as the season permits. Hogs that are allowed to roam, graze, and dig in the dirt are happier, healthier
animals which "naturally" makes better tasting, leaner meat.
Free Range Poultry & Eggs
Grass fed chicken and eggs are much higher in Omega 3's and much lower in
Omega 6's than commercially raised poultry and eggs
Natural Veal
Raised the natural way our veal is outside 100% of it's life, running
alongside his / her mother on clean lush pastures free of confinement, stress, or diseases.
Grass-fed Lamb
Our Summer & Fall Lambs have the very best of treefoil grasses. They
are so lean, with such a rich flavor, you may think you are cooking goat. Our Spring Lamb are finished with
some grains.
Natural Sausage
High quality, lean sausages made from natural farm raised meats. Our
sausages are low on filler and high on flavor!
Natural Bison
The bison are allowed to live naturally and are content. They are raised as
close as possible to natural conditions, yielding a delicious, healthy lean meat.
Natural Ostrich
Ostrich is a very "heart-healthy" meat, low in fat and very lean. Our
ostrich is 100% free range raised.
Natural Dairy Products
Grass-fed Milk, Yogurt & Cheese - Only local , hormone & antibiotic free
milk is used. Ruegsegger Farms provides you with the freshest, highest quality dairy products available!
Free Range Turkey
Our Bronze Heritage Turkey are raised free-range and available for
Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter or anytime.
